The Director of AS Roma Acdemy Coach Obuh has charged the Flying Eagles to be focussed and take every opportunity that comes their way against Italy in their second game of the group to ensure qualification to the next round in the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Argentina.
In a chat with Prompt News, Obuh maintained that the Flying Eagles has what it takes to come out on top despite being tagged group of death.
He said Bosso need to work on the attackers and let them know that football is a team work and not individual game.
” Honestly the boys are good and can lift the World Cup. Against Italy they must not be shy in front of goal rather they must take their chances. They should avoid coming from behind to win matches . Italy is a high scoring side.
Their first game against debutant Dominican Republic they were not clinical , rather they were lucky . Our U-17 failed to qualify because they were always waiting for their opponent to score first before upping their game. I believe Nigeria will win . We should also support them in prayers” Obuh said.
In the game against Dominican Republic, Flying Eagles won 2 -1 .
