The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe has again inspected the progress of infrastructure work in Idu Palazzo, one of T.Pumpy Estates in the nation’s capital, Abuja.
Mr. Adaralegbe was on the site on Monday, during which he was conducted round by the site engineer.
He expressed satisfaction with the quality of the access road being constructed, assuring subscribers of quality infrastructure that will guarantee value for money on their investments.
According to him, “Giving value to your investment is my priority and with God on our side, we will not stop doing that.”
Recall that the management of T.Pumpy Estates in December 2022, announced a 50% discount on the land in Idu Palazzo to ensure many people take advantage of the promo to own property.
The breakdown of the mega promo on lands in Idu Palazzo estate is as follows:
700sqm land that originally sold for N8 million is now N4 million
500sqm with the actual price of N6.5 million is now sold for N3.250 million.
Also, 300sqm land which used to be N5 million now goes for N2.5 million
And lastly, 200sqm with the actual price of N3.5 million is now N1.750 million.
