Flying Eagles head coach, Ladan Bosso has penciled down four foreign-based players for the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations, reports Prompt News.
The quartet of Ibrahim Mohammed, Ahmed Abdulahi, Lawal Samson and Lekan Oyedele, according to SCORENigeria will link up with their teammates in January.
Mohammed played a key role for the Flying Eagles at the WAFU B Championship in May.
Abdullahi, Samson and Oyedele were also part of the team.
The Flying Eagles training camp will reopen on January 7 before they jet out for a tour overseas ahead of the U-20 AFCON, which kicks off in Egypt on February 19.
The seven-time champions are drawn in Group A along with hosts Egypt, Mozambique and Senegal.
A place in the semi-finals will guarantee the ticket to the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Indonesia.
