By Mohammed Yangida, Lafia The All Progressives Congress (APC) for Nasarawa south senatorial district, Salihu Hussaini Egyebola has said that the administration of Governor Tanko Al-Makura in the last three and half years has recorded significant transformation of the state compared with the previous 12 years of PDP rule.
Speaking to newsmen in Lafia, Nasarawa State capital, Egyebola maintained that he was convinced that the people are satisfied that Governor Al-Makura has introduced many innovations particularly in education and road constructions.
According to him, so many abandoned projects that Al-Makura inherited have been completed within a short time in office.
Egyebola who described the crises that engulfed Nasarawa south zone as being politically motivated, promised to give his support to APC Administration in ensuring permanent peace in the zone .
“So unfortunate there is misrepresentation by the elected politicians in this Nasarawa south zone. So, I feel we should feel the gap by ensuring those who are not doing their job should give way in 2015,” he said.
While calling on the electorates in the state to go and collect their permanent voters’ cards, PVCs, saying it is the only tool to eliminate non-performing politicians.
Therefore, he called on the citizens to support the dynamic and young Governor to achieve his vision and mission for the state.
He also enjoined the youths not to allow themselves to be used as tools for political violence in the 2015 elections.
