Injured Enyimba midfielder Kingsley Sokari and Obinna Nwobodo from Enugu Rangers are the only players still being expected at the Flying Eagles training camp in Kaduna.
Sokari has promised to now join the team latest this weekend, while Nwobodo is expected later Tuesday.
“Sokari is nursing a hamstring injury, but it is not so major and he has promised to join us latest this weekend. We expect Nwobodo to be in later today,” said team secretary Auwal Aliyu Ibrahim.
“Otherwise, we have a full house and the spirit in camp is very high.”
This will be Sokari’s second invitation to the Flying Eagles.
The exciting attacking midfielder has been capped by Nigeria ‘B’ team and was part of the Super Eagles training camp for the 2015 AFCON qualifiers against Congo and South Africa last month.
The Nigeria U20s had their first training at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna Tuesday morning and they are expected to train twice daily.
The players are coping well with the cold and dusty Harmattan weather.
