As the real estate industry in Nigeria continues to expand, a top developer, T.Pumpy Concept Limited is also expanding its horizon.
T.Pumpy Concept, owners of T.Pumpy Estates that prides itself as ‘developer that cares’ is also on the move again.
According to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, plans have been concluded to expand to the ancient city of Abeokuta in Ogun state, south-west Nigeria.
He reiterated his resolve to ensure that thousands of Nigerians have access to landed properties especially becoming landlords through the various promotions that T.Pumpy Estates come up with from time to time.
Consequently, Mr. Adaralegbe said, the top estate firm has acquired a property to put up a befitting office along Oke Sokori road, Ibara, Abeokuta.
Recall that T.Pumpy Estates recently moved to Ilorin in Kwara state to give the people of that state ample opportunity to own land and become landlords through cheap means.
Earlier, the firm had moved to Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti state with many T.Pumpy Estates now being developed along Ilawe road, Afao road and Afe Babalola road.
This was quickly followed by the opening of Ibadan office in Oyo state, with T.Pumpy Estates in a couple of locations with The Palazzo Moniya being the best seller.
T.Pumpy Concept, developer that cares is headquartered in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, where it has over 28 modern estates. It is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC.
