Nigerian Police authorities Friday confirmed seven persons dead in the early morning bomb explosions that occurred in Gombe City.
The improvised explosive devices went off at the Gombe Transport Services Limited Terminal in the capital.
According to eyewitness accounts, three bombs said to have been concealed in bags and dropped by three men went off during rush hour.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police in the State, Abdullahi Kudu said the three suspects were arrested immediately after the blasts.
Speaking on the incident, Force Public Relations Officer, Emmanuel Ojukwu, told reporters that 33 person were injured.
He also said the police had launched investigation into the attack while bomb experts have been deployed to the scene of the blast.
