By Bolaji Oyegunle, London Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Dalhatu Tafida Monday hosted the Super Eagles in London.
The senior national team is billed to play an international friendly against Scotland on Wednesday.
In his remarks, the High Commissioner, Mr. Tafida expressed optimism that the Stephen Keshi-led team will stun the world at the World Cup against all expectation.
According to him, it is an honour and great achievement that the Super Eagles is being led to the mundial by an indigenous coach and an ex international while most African teams are being coached by foreign expatriates.
He however, reiterated that Nigerians would support the team through the World Cup with prayers.
