Nigeria on Tuesday recorded 663 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), the highest single day cases since the country recorded its index case in February.
According to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Lagos recorded the highest cases of 170, followed by Ogun state with 108 cases.
Bauchi, Ebonyi and Edo states followed with 69, 49 and 33 new cases respectively.
Prompt News reports that Nigeria’s total COVID-19 Cases now stand at 13,464 with 365 deaths while 4,206 patients have been discharged.
