            ABUJA –

In the spirit of Ramadan 2020 and the need to assist most residents of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, to realise their dreams of becoming landlords this year, the management of T.Pumpy Concept, has approved a 50% slash promo on its land.

T.Pumpy Concept is an indigenous estate developer and owners of T.Pumpy Estates spread across Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja.

The 50% slash promo, according to the Managing Director/CEO of T.Pumpy Concept Limited, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, is on its ‘Phase 20 Estate’ which promises to be a modern estate in all ramifications.

Massive gate at T.Pumpy Phase 20 Estate in Abuja.

According to Mr Adaralegbe, the original price for land in the estate is N3,500,000 (N3.5m) for 650sqm but has now been graciously slashed to N1,750,000 (N1.75m).

He said the 650sqm land is big enough to contain a 3 bedroom bungalow, or 4/5 bedroom penthouse or 4/5 bedroom duplex as the prospective buyers deem fit.

Meanwhile, offer for the 50% diacount promo which is now in progress is valid till June 30, 2020.

Speaking further on the offer, T.Pumpy Boss says, “Just pay 50% and the land is yours. We assure you that you will love its outcome, our best awaits you.”

For further enquiries, visit T.Pumpy Concept Limited corporate headquarters at No 12 Moronvia Street, Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja.
