With the Supreme Court set to give verdict this afternoon (Monday) on the Election Appeal Petition on Bauchi State, supporters of the incumbent Governor Bala Mohammed of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have “invaded” the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in large numbers in solidarity with their Number One citizen.
The supporters who stormed Abuja in different types of vehicles at dawn can be seen in and around the Central Business District (CBD) especially at the Three Arms Zone and adjacent to the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Abuja.
Also, Gov. Mohammed’s supporters came with luxury buses, mini buses, cars and Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV).
Some of the vehicles rapped in the posters of Gov. Mohammed were also fitted with public address systems which were heard blaring music and singing the praises of the Bauchi State Governor.
The Supreme Court which had earlier today given verdicts on the Kano and Sokoto states is expected to deliver the remaining verdicts on Bauchi, Plateau and Benue states.
