At last, 14 kidnapped students of Greenfield University, Kaduna have regained freedom from bandits captivity.
Prompt News reliably gathered that the 14 students were released Saturday afternoon at a location along Abuja-Kaduna Highway in Kaduna state.
The bandits had earlier released four lucky students at different times while five unlucky kidnapped students were murdered in cold blood by their captors.
Recall that a total of 23 students of Greenfield University were kidnapped by the bandits from the school premises few months ago and all efforts to rescue them have not been very successful.
With the release of the remaining 14, the ugly Greenfield University abduction episode has for now been closed.
