Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers have sacked their head coach Gary O’Neil.
Wolves took the decision following their 2-1 loss to Ipswich Town at the Molineux on Saturday.
The defeat left Wolves in 19th position on the Premier League table.
They have taken just nine points from 16 matches and are four points adrift of 17th-placed Crystal Palace.
O’Neil guided the club to 14th position last season, but saw star players Pedro Neto and Max Kilman depart for Chelsea and West Ham in the summer.
