The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria played out a 0-0 draw with Burkina Faso in their opening fixture at the WAFU B U-17 Championship on Thursday.
The first half was a cagey affair with both teams struggling to create any clear cut chances.
The Eaglets however came out stronger after the break but were let down by their poor decisions in the final third.
Manu Garba’s side will take on Niger Republic in their next game on Sunday.
The Eaglets will round up their group stage campaign against Benin Republic three days later. READ ALSO:

The top two teams in the group will make it to the semi-final.
