Turkish authorities ordered the detention of 304 suspected supporters of U.S.-based Islamic cleric Fethullah Gulen.
State news agency Anadolu reported that the authorities also conducted sweeping raids across the country on Tuesday.
Anadolu said police and the gendarmerie raided addresses in 50 provinces and cities, already detaining 198 of the suspects.
The suspects, 295 of whom are soldiers serving in land and air forces, are accused of having links to Gulen in connection with the 2016 failed coup.
Ankara accuses Gulen of orchestrating the unsuccessful putsch and labels his movement as a terrorist group.
Gulen, who is residing in the U.S., denies the charges.
Defence Minister Hulusi Akar in November said more than 20,000 personnel have been purged from the military since the failed coup in July 2016. (dpa/NAN)
