The ongoing special promo on land at T.Pumpy Estate in Kusaki, close to Apo in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, will end in a few days.
Recall that T.Pumpy Concept Limited, owner of T.Pumpy Estates located in over 100 locations, unveiled Kusaki Estate in the beginning of this month.
The special promo which started on October 1, will run through October 31, 2024.
According to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T-Pumpy, Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, the land at Kusaki has a verified Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) issued by the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA.
The management of T.Pumpy Concept says the old or new subscribers can get land at Kusaki for as low as N1.5 million for 200sqm.
In the same vein, 300sqm goes for N2 million while 500sqm goes for N3 million.
Mr. Adaralegbe noted that investment in landed property can never go wrong, revealing that land at Katampe Extension that was sold for N8 million is now worth over N30 million.
