The Nigerian team has shown spectacular form in the tournament in Morocco winning their two opening matches with 16 goals.
Adamu Ejor’s lads have booked a place in the semi finals of the Fifa Beach Soccer World Cup, Africa Qualifiers.
The Super Sand Eagles continued their terrific form at the qualifiers for the 2013 Fifa Beach World Cup when they spanked Egypt at the Mazagan Beach Ibn El Jadida, Morocco on Thursday evening.
Five goals from Babatunde Badmus, a brace from Abu Azeez and a goal from Isiaka Olawale were all the two times African champions needed to seal a place in the semi finals.
Azeez Abu started the rout very early in the first quarter before star player of the day, Babatunde Badmus who plays for Owobeshebe FC began his harvest of goals.
Although, the north Africans pulled four goals back through a brace from Aly plus goals from El Agous and Osman, that did not in any way threaten the Super Sand Eagles. The damage was completed with Isiaka Olawale’s super strike.
Nigeria have now qualified from Group B but will on Friday evening face archrival who had earlier spanked Libya 5-4 in the first match of the day.
