By Mohammed Yangida, Lafia Senate President David Mark has described the immediate past information Minister, Labaran Maku as ungrateful person.
Mark disclosed this at the flagging off campaign rally of the Nasarawa PDP gubernatorial candidate, Yusuf Agabi in Keffi local government of the state.
He said the former Minister should apologize to Nasarawa state and also return back to PDP immediately, saying President Goodluck Jonathan is not in support of what is doing.
“Anybody who is telling you that Mr. president is supporting another candidate outside PDP that person is telling a big lie.
“There is a man who is going round in Nasarawa state today called Labaran Maku says that President is supporting him that is a big lie. He is lying, the president support PDP and only PDP candidates”.
According to the Senate President, religion is never an issue in Nasarawa state as some politicians trying to play politics of column because they have nothing to tell the people.
He called on the people of the state to remain focused and vote massively for PDP in February 14 and 28.
Earlier, the chairman PDP Nasarawa state, Mr Yunana Iliya called on people to forget about politics of religion because some people in the state had introduced politics of religion.
Niger state Governor Mu’azu Babangida, Benue state Governor Gabriel Suswan , Minister of Federal Capital Bala Muhammad and former Governor Nasarawa State Aliyu Doma were also in attendance.
