Manchester City thrashed Newcastle United 4-0 in their Premier League clash at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
New signing Omar Marmoush scored a hat-trick for the hosts in the game.
Marmoush gave City the lead in the 19th minute lobbing the ball over Martin Dubravka after Kieran Trippier misjudged Ederson’s long ball.
The Egypt international doubled the advantage five minutes later when he latched onto a pass from IIkay Gundogan before firing in a low shot that took a slight deflection off Trippier.
The striker completed his hat trick in the 33rd when he fired home from inside the box after he was set up by Savinho.
James McAtee added the fourth late in the game.
Pep Guardiola’s side climbed to fourth place in the standings on 44 points.
