Arsenal denied Liverpool the opportunity of winning the Premier League title on Sunday as they thrashed 10-player Ipswich Town 4-0 at the Emirates.
Leandro Trossard gave the Gunners the lead after 14 minutes with Martin Odegaard providing the assist.
Mikel Arteta’s side were 2-0 up two minutes before the half hour mark with Gabriel Martinelli tapping home from the inside.
Ipswich Town were reduced to 10-men in the 32nd minute when Leif Davis was sent off for hacking down Bukayo Saka.
Trossard scored his second of the game in the 69th minute, while Ethan Nwaneri netted the fourth two minutes from time.
Arsenal are now 10 points behind Premier League leaders Liverpool, who now cannot win the title until Wednesday evening at the earliest.
