Leandro Trossard doubled the Gunners advantage after he was set up by a flicked pass from Declan Rice.
Bournemouth’s Ryan Christie had a goal ruled out for a foul on Davis Raya later in the game.
Rice then netted the third goal for the home team in the final minutes.
