Newly appointed Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri has showered encomium on Victor Osimhen ahead of his first game in charge of the Serie A champions.
Mazzarri took the reign at the Estadio Diego Armando Maradona last week following the sacking of Rudi Garcia.
The experienced tactician will rely on the scoring prowess of Osimhen to be successful at the club.
The former Watford manager has already expressed his admiration for Osimhen.
“There will be time to stay together, we’ll play every three days so I’ll have time to chat with everyone,” Mazzarri was quoted by Football Italia.
“Osimhen is a great guy. He’s been cheerful since the very first moment. He is a generous guy who thinks about winning and sacrifices himself. He is getting back in shape and I am happy.” READ ALSO:

Meanwhile Osimhen has been included in Napoli’s squad for Saturday’s (today) Serie A clash against Atalanta.
The 24-year-old missed the Partenopei’s last six games across all competitions due to a muscle problem.
He however returned to training last week and is expected to start the game against Atalanta from the bench.
