Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Now 42,689, Deaths Hit 878

Nigeria on Thursday recorded 481 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total confirmed cases to 42,689.

The new cases according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, spread across 14 states and the FCT.

FCT led with 96 new cases, Lagos 89 and Plateau state 68.

So far, 19,270 patients have been treated and discharged while deaths toll now stands at 878.
