Mega City: T.Pumpy Announces Price Increase As Pre-Launch Sales Promo Ends

As Mega City pre-launch sales promo ends on Thursday, April 17, 2025, T.Pumpy Concept Limited has announced price increase effective from Friday, April 18.

Recall that the sales promo which started on March 31, featured reduced prices on the three categories of land available at the Mega City –  500sqm for N5 million; 300sqm for N3.5 million, while 200sqm goes for N2.5 million only.

But from Friday, April 18, the new prices take effect – 200sqm for N4.5 million, 300sqm for N6 million and 500sqm for N8 million.

“Starting from April 18, 2025, we will be implementing a price review for our Mega City offerings. 

“We appreciate your understanding as we adjust to continue providing you with the best service possible. 

“Thank you for your continued support,” the management said in a terse statement on Wednesday.

On April 9, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, owner of T.Pumpy Estates spread across over 100 locations held a Mega Rally in Abuja, headlined by Olamide ‘Baddo’.

The Mega Rally was well attended by all T.Pumpy brand ambassadors. 

“We stormed the streets of Abuja with our Mega City Pre-Launch Sales Promo, and the energy was electric! The level of acceptance and support from Nigerians truly overwhelmed us. 

“Together, we’re building a brighter future!” T.Pumpy Managing Director, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe said about the Mega Rally.
