Ahead of the 2023 Children’s Day celebration, T.Pumpy Concept Limited, a top real estate developer, has unveiled a massive discount on lands at its Kiddies Estate in Abuja.
According to the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept, Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, the gesture is a modest contribution of the estate firm to the future of our young ones.

He announced that the land at the Kiddies Estate, Abuja, which originally sold for N700,000 will now sell for N285,000 per 300sqm during the period of the promo which runs from 8th May to 31st May, 2023.
However, “parents and guardians can only purchase for their wards below the age of 18,” T.Pumpy Chief Executive Officer added.
