The Mexican stunned the boxing world when he claimed the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight belts in June by stopping AJ in the seventh round.
A rematch was immediately drawn up with the bout going ahead earlier this month, dubbed the ‘Clash on the Dunes’ with it taking place in Diriyah at the Diriyah Arena.
The British boxer showcased his skills by schooling his opponent in the ring, winning by unanimous decision after a classy display.
It saw the 30-year-old win back his titles but Joshua is really keen to get a trilogy fight arranged.
He told Sky Sports: “100 trillion per cent [we will fight again]. For me personally, I always said I’d fight Andy Ruiz in Tijuana.
“Once I’ve come through my mandatories and can get this undisputed championship, me and Andy can get it on. Same division, same era – I’m here to take them all on.”
