WITNESS 2026 — Mind Restructuring & Fourth Industrial Revolution — Continuation of Oct 3rd Banner Broadcast

How else do you describe a nation that sleeps atop gold, diamond, lithium and crude — yet begs for toothpicks? That pays N4 trillion and N29 billion in salaries to keep Ajaokuta dead and ALSCON idle, while going cap-in-hand to IMF, World Bank and China? That scores 24/100 and ranks 154 out of 180 on Transparency International’s Corruption Perception Index — second most corrupt in West Africa — yet celebrates fake A1s from Miracle Centres?

This is not poverty. This is intellectual brigandage — the looting of ideas. And arrogance of ignorance — pride in not knowing. Yesterday’s banner showed it: a family cooking atop buried treasures, yet hungry. Today, the data proves it.

Fellow Nigerians — yesterday we saw the banner. Family cooking atop gold, diamond, lithium, crude — yet hungry. Today we add data — Sahara Reporters, Jan 27 2022: TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL: FATE OF AFRICA IN THE 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION.

In that piece, I wrote when Nigeria sank to 154/180 on TI CPI, score 24/100. IDA listed Nigeria among highest debt risk exposure — $11.7 billion. Atiku’s interview — $16 billion for electricity, money down the drain, no accountability.

That was 2022. 2026, what changed? Banner shows nothing changed — gold still beneath, hunger still above.

Why? Because Africa has intrinsic setbacks — not lack of resources, but inept capacity to productively transform natural resources and lucratively mobilise human equivalent. While few sub-Saharan nations are doing relatively well, most are mired in poverty — continent’s abundant natural resources have so little effect on quality of life.

And the world moved. As I warned then — China’s advancement becoming a world power at the expense of visionlessness of African leaders — second scramble now Neo-colonialism via debt slavery.

MIND RESTRICTION IS THE NEW COLONIZATION.

In the 2022 piece I said African inhabitants are not lazy, but highly superstitious in nature, very religious and yet fearful, with high propensity for materialistic tendencies. That mind — Miracle Centre mind — cannot mine 4IR.

Fourth Industrial Revolution is fusion of physical, digital, biological — mobile devices, 3D printing, AI, robotics. In my book NIGERIA NEEDS A NEW NATIONAL MODEL — 426 pages, 100+ pages Mind Restructuring, close to 100 pages 4IR — I warned: leaders gravitate opposite direction of technology while world moves.

Today 2026 — we still die of 18th century diseases — typhoid, malaria, cholera — in era of 4IR. Why? ALSCON, Ajaokuta — 24,000 hectares, largest steel mill, coke oven larger than all refineries combined — mismanaged, incomplete 40 years later, despite N4 trillion and N29bn salaries. We go cap in hand to China, IMF, World Bank while destroying money-generating infrastructure — self-inflicted economic sabotage.

We cannot produce pencils, must import toothpicks — black race good at consuming without corresponding increase in production. We refurbish old cargoes, recycle, neglect youths — openings go to children of elites educated abroad. Critical thinking absent — linkage between research, technical institutes, vocational schools stifled.

So TI ranking 154 is not accident. It is product of factory. Factory that produces fake drugs, fake tyres, fake results — now produces fake digital economy.

By 2030, 50% of all 18-year-olds in this world will be living in sub-Sahara Africa. That is either dividend or disaster. Without 3Cs, disaster. With 3Cs — Conscience, Competence, Character — dividend. Aristotle: “Excellence is never an accident. Result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent execution”.

            FOLLOW-UP ROADMAP — FROM TI 154 TO 4IR TOP 10

Yesterday we said gold beneath, hunger above — who manufactured poverty? Today we answer deeper — mind restriction manufactures poverty and makes us miss 4IR train.

            How?

Mind: Stop Miracle Centre. Honest F9 > bought A1. Raise child who can code, not cheat. Critical/creative thinking as curriculum.

Institutions: Revive ALSCON, Ajaokuta — stop self-sabotage. Build tech hubs, link research to industry.

Ballot: 2027 BVAS, IReV, real-time — flawless election is where we end debt slavery and start 4IR sovereignty.

Africa must reclaim virgin ground — nurture and protect it.

WITNESS 2026 — END INTELLECTUAL BRIGANDAGE

A nation that chooses Miracle Centre over mind, miracle wealth over manufacture, has chosen intellectual brigandage. A nation that boasts of crude while importing pencil has chosen arrogance of ignorance.

By 2030, 50% of world’s 18-year-olds will be African. If we continue brigandage, we will be 50% of world’s hungry. If we restructure mind to 3Cs — Conscience, Competence, Character — honest F9 over bought A1 — we will turn gold beneath to gold above, TI shame 154 to 4IR fame.

From TI 154/180 to 4IR Top 10 — From Mind Restriction to Mind Restructuring — From Brigandage to Building — 3Cs FOR NEW NIGERIA!

Richard Olanrewaju Odusanya — Ijebu, Born Enugu, Northern Mother — Miniature Map — Author, NIGERIA NEEDS A NEW NATIONAL MODEL (LAP Germany) — WITNESS 2026
