The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence (NSCDC), has deployed 2,500 personal in Kaduna State to ensure hitch free inauguration of the state Governor-elect of Kaduna State, Malam Uba Sani.
The state NSCDC Commandant, Mr Idris Adah, said this in a statement issued by the command Public Relations Officer, DSC Habeeb Badamsi on Sunday in Kaduna.
Adah who ordered the beef up security across the state advised miscreants, criminals to turn a new leaf and become a good citizens with adherent to rules and regulations, else they would have themselves to be blamed.
He also ordered re-enforcement of a 24 hours patrol across the 23 Local Goverment Areas of the state just as he ordered personnel to beam their search lights on criminals’ hide out in the state.
He appealed to all residents of the state to move about freely as security operatives were at their door steps to arrest those with intent to disturb the peaceful coexistence in the state.
He also called on the residents to always provide useful information about criminal hideout for quick arrest and prosecution.
“Providing useful information about the criminals are vital and useful for the protection of lives and property of the people around the environment.
“Most of these criminals are right there in the midst of some locals, living and dining with them.
“It’s vital to provide us with useful information so that we can arrest these.criminals before they lay their mayhem on the residents, ” Adah said.(NAN)
