As earlier announced, T. Pumpy Concept Limited, a top real estate developer in Abuja, has commenced pre-launch sales of land in its newly opened Karsana District.
The sales according to the management of the estate firm will run from February 1, 2024 to March 12, 2024.
However, unlike previous pre-launch sales, the Chief Executive Officer of T.Pumpy Concept, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, has assured that Karsana will be “an instant allocation”.
For interested subscribers, T.Pumpy is giving out 500 sqm for N7.99 million while 300sqm goes for N6.99 million.
To herald the pre-launch sales, Mr. Adaralegbe, in company of T.Pumpy’s Brand Ambassador, Ms Sotayo Sobola (aka Sotayo Gaga) embarked on site visitation on Wednesday, January 31.
“We had a site visitation with our brand Ambassador, Ms. Sotayo today (Wednesday) and our other team members went to our Karsana site.
“And we are pleased to inform you that our pre-launch sales start on the 1st of February and we can’t keep calm about it. So, set your alarm and get your money ready of course.
“Welcome to our T.Pumpy Karsana journey and we are here to take you on a smooth trip and give you a good ride,” a visibly excited T. Pumpy Boss, Mr. Adaralegbe said.
Karasana district is divided into four neighbourhoods which are Karsana East, Karsana West, Karsana South, and Karsana North.
T.Pumpy Concept Limited owns T.Pumpy Estates spread across the FCT, Ekiti, Oyo and Kwara States.
