“When we say that this mall is second to none, it’s not an exaggeration.

“This is the mall I have told you, we started with the builders’ work. This work started late 2019 and it was awarded to a local contractor who can compete with Bergers and his foreign partners. And in 2019, he was able to finish all the building works at 100%

“I supervised this project under the ministry of Urban Development and with my colleagues in other ministries. That is to show that our Governor likes team work.”

“IPAC as a council, stands for good governance. One of our core mandates is to advise the government on its policies and programs, including projects and that is why we are here today to say that we are satisfied with the quality of jobs that his Excellency is doing in Ebonyi State. We ask him to keep it up.”

“We, the Ishieke indigenes of Ebonyi have suffered for decades passing through this road coupled with series of accidents that occurred.

“Development was very far from us but now the construction of this road and other buildings has changed the story. We thank the Governor and the peoples Democratic Party that nominated him earlier to be the Governor and we promise him our unalloyed support in governance,” Darlington assured.
