The father of Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos state, M.r Ademola Fashola, is dead.
According to the Special Adviser to Governor Fashola on Media, Mr. Hakeem Bello, he died at the age of 79.
Mr. Bello, who said the death occurred in the early hours of Monday at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos, however, said the state government would announce the burial arrangement soon.
Governor Fashola and his Media aide are both in Saudi Arabia for Lesser Hajj (Umrah).
