Finally, Cross River Joins As Nigeria Records 575 New COVID-19 Cases




At last, Cross River state has joined Nigeria’s COVID-19 log table as it recorded five cases on Monday.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, announced 575 new cases spread across 19 states and the FCT.

As usual, Lagos top the list with 123 new infections, followed by FCT and Delta with 100 and 58 new cases respectively.

According @NCDCgov, Nigeria’s confirmed infections now stand at 29,286 while 11,828 have fully recovered and discharged.

Prompt News reports that Nigeria has so far recorded 654 deaths.
