Lagos state appears to be flattening the curve of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as it maintains steady decrease with only 65 new cases recorded on Saturday.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Saturday night announced 386 new cases spread across 17 states and FCT, one of the lowest figures in recent time.
The FCT led with 130 new cases, followed by Lagos, Ondo and Osun, recording 65, 37 and 29 new cases respectively.
Nigeria’s total confirmed COVID-19 cases now stand at 43,537, with 883 deaths.
