The Ondo State High Court in Akure on Thursday nullified the 33 Local Government Development Areas (LCDAs) created by late Gov. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.
Delivering judgment, Justice A.O Adebusuoye, described the LCDAs as inchoate and not lawfully created.
