Edo Queens will face holders Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in Group B of the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Prompt News reports that CBE FC of Ethiopia and Egypt’s Tutankhamun are the other teams in the group.
The Nigerian champions will begin their campaign in the competition against CBE FC of Ethiopia on Saturday, November 10, 2024.
Moses Aduku’s side will take on Egypt’s Tutankhamun in their next game three days later.
Edo Queens’ final group game against Mamelodi Sundowns is scheduled for Thursday, November 14.The Benin City club will be looking to make history as the first Nigerian club to win the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Hosts AS FAR of Morocco, TP Mazembe of Congo Democratic Republic,
Aigles de la Medina of Senegal and South Africa’s University of the Western Cape are drawn in Group A.
Morocco will host the competition from November 9 to November 23, 2024.
