Enyimba bowed out of the CAF Confederation Cup after going down to a 3-1 defeat against Zamalek at the Cairo International Stadium on Sunday.
Mustafa Shalaby put Zamalek ahead one minute before the half hour mark.
Forward Seifeddine Jaziri added the second three minutes after the break.
Ifeanyi Ihemekwele reduced the deficit for the visitors on 57 minutes.
Jaziri scored his second of the game three minutes from time.
Enyimba finished third in Group D with five points from six games.
Another Egyptian club, Al Masry joined Zamalek in the quarter-final of the competition after they beat Black Bulls of Mozambique 3-1 to record nine points.
