An Oyo State High Court sitting in Ring Road, Ibadan, has granted bail to Naomi Silekunola, a former queen of the Ooni of Ife.
The court also extended the bail to Ibadan-based media personality Oriyomi Hamzat and Abdulahi Fasasi, the Principal of Islamic High School.
Justice K.B. Olawoyin, presiding over Court 8, delivered the ruling on Monday after reviewing a bail application submitted by their legal counsel.
The court set five conditions for the bail, including a payment of N10 million and the provision of two sureties who must submit landed property documents located within the court’s jurisdiction.
