By: Olusegun Lawrence As a follow-up to the resolution of the Upper Chamber, Senate President David Mark will lead 21 Senators to meet with President Goodluck Jonathan tonight (Wednesday) night to deliberate on the way out of insurgency in the north eastern part of the country.
The Senate had at plenary on Tuesday unanimously agreed to send a delegation to the Presidential Villa and consequently nominated 21 senators.
Those nominated are: Senators in the delegations are, Babafemi Ojodu, Sola Adeyeye, Helen Esuene, Boluwaji Kunlere, Ahmed Markarfi, Ehigie Uzamere, Barnabas Gemade, Ahmad Lawan, and James Manager.
Others are Uche Chukwumerije, Tukur Bello, Bukar Abba, Mohammed Magoro, Ahmed Zana, Ali Ndume, Mohammed Jibirila, Abubakar Jajere and Chris Anyanwu.
The Senate President also directed that any of the delegation members that would not be around should indicate on time so that another person could replace him or her.
