Bayelsa Queens opponents in the group stage of the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League will be known on Friday, Promptnewsonline.com reports.
The draw ceremony will take place at the Mohammed V1 Technical Centre in Rabat, Morocco.
Bayelsa Queens booked a spot in the competition after claiming top spot at the WAFU B Women’s Champions League in Yammousoukro, Cote d’l voire last weekend.
The Nigerian Ladies defeated Ampem Darkoa Ladies of Ghana 3-0 in the final of the competition.
Seven other teams will participate in the tournament scheduled to hold from October 31 to November 13 in Morocco.
The teams are: Green Buffaloes of Zambia, Determine Girls FC of Liberia, and Simba Queens FC of Tanzania.
The other teams are: defending champions, Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa, AS FAR of Morocco and Wadi Degla of Egypt.
