Tension has enveloped the entire atmosphere of Oke Oniyo street, Ajilosun in Ado-Ekiti, over a teenager whose body was mutilated after his death.
The teenager simply identified as Goodluck died a few days ago after sustaining a minor injury in the leg while playing football.
It was gathered that Goodluck fell sick as the injury worsened and he died thereafter.
According to sources, he was laid in a room to be buried the following morning when it was discovered at day break that his eyes, tongue and some other parts had been removed.
Narrating the incident, some residents said “the corpse was brought by the family at evening.”
“We wondered how such an evil act could have occurred without the knowledge of the family members who brought him.
“The boy’s body parts must have been removed for ritual purposes by those close to the family or have access to the room where the boy was kept.” READ ALSO:

A family source who refused to mention his name, however said the police have been invited to investigate the matter.
