William Troost-Ekong has said it is important for the Super Eagles to beat South Africa in Uyo next week.
The Super Eagles currently occupy third position in Group C of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
Finidi George’s side are yet to record a win in the group with two draws against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
Troost- Ekong emphasized on the need for the team to beat the South Africans for them to get campaign back on track.
“Very important game. We all know we want to be in the 2026 World Cup,” Troost-Ekong said on Arise TV. READ ALSO:
